Using profile chipper technology of our PROFILAR product line, additional edgers are not required. Side cuts are already profiled or edged on the main line by means of cutters, separated from the log by cicular reducing saws and then ejected. This procedure reduces overall plant costs, investment costs for additional equipment and variable production costs.
